To ensure that every child with a disability in Rwanda, especially Deaf children, has access to inclusive, high-quality education supported by skilled communication tools, trained teachers, and empowered communities.

Our Mission

UEIDR exists to promote inclusive education by:

• Equipping schools with accessible learning materials
• Training and employing sign language teachers
• Building community capacity through advocacy, parental engagement, and awareness
